We got up, checked out, waited at the bus stop for an hour before giving up on the general transportation strike --- these transportation strikes are one thing I really don't like about Italy. We walked the mile to the train station dragging our bags, then left them in the bag drop and went out for Bicerin at an interesting bike shop / cafe hybrid. On Mondays, not much is open. Generally restaurants take off the day after the weekend. We didn't have much choice and it was raining so we took the first place that was open and had lasagne with vegetables. It was pretty good, but Kathi's food was cold. We also got notice from Mototouring that something was wrong with the scooter and we might not be able to pick it up tomorrow.
