Got an early start, picked up a power adapter at Walmart, and had breakfast at the Macdonalds across the freeway from my Willows Motel 6. Then headed south towards Redwood City.
You can always count on good food at Andy's house. Hung out for about 2.5 hours then headed south again to visit my brother Matt in Morro Bay.
I was cutting it close as the Santa Maria Inn doesn't allow checkin after 11pm. I arrived at 11:06pm, but Kathi called ahead to warn them that I'd be a bit late. No problem, but my room was suffering a plumbing leak and he wanted me out by 9am.
Then I was playing around with looking different directions while trying to take a selfie for Kathi. Kind of weird, not sure where to look.
