Today I got off the E6 and took the scenic highway 17 along the coast 300km to Leland then through the mountain in the 78 Toven-tunnelen (10.7km) tunnel to a little dog training center and hotel called Blåfjell hundesenter.
I departed from the Snåsa Hotell at 7:40am heading west along the Snåsavatnet fjord to before turning north on E6. A little way up E6, I encountered some road work. Google offered an alternative route around the road work which I started to try out, but then it looked like it might be 20+ km of rough unpaved road with slick parts in the rain. I came to my senses, and went back to wait out the road work, and found that my detour had used up most of the wait time.

The original plan was Mosjøen → Bodø but I made it only to xxx near Mosjøen, now I'm 300 km short of my plan.
I'm now a full day behind the original schedule. But, if I give up my rest day in Tromsø I can catch up.

Not so much seismic activity I guess.
After exiting the tunnel, I overshot the last turn towards my lodging by ~7 km. After realizing this, it wasn't too difficult to find the place.
