My "longer plan" for yesterday had me stopping here. I'm glad I stayed in Vilnius for Vilnius Days and this would have been a very long day to get all the way here.
After getting gas, and shopping for food at Maxim XX, I walked around a park across the street with a musical instruments theme. I missremembered my notes about what to see here and thought this was the park, but in fact I missed the musical fountain park. Boo hoo
