This is what Adriatic Moto Tours does in Greece

AMT calls it a 14-day tour, but they count the pickup day, return day, and two rest days, so really they have 10 riding days.

Adriatic starts and ends in Athens, but Dave and Chris will be arriving by ferry from Brindisi to Ingoumenista. Ingoumenista is between Monodendri and Lefkada, so it's not too hard to imagine doing a similar loop, but starting in Ingoumenista.

Here are the AMT's riding days in a nutshell.

1. Athens→Delphi Cape Sounion on the tip of the Attika peninsula. The famous Temple of Poseidon sits above the beach on a mountain. Northwest along the sacred mountainous Helicon range, picturesque village of Arachova, to Delphi.
2. Delphi→Karpenisi One of the top ten must-see sites in the world, Delphi was built in the 6th century B.C. and boasts the Temple of Apollo, the sanctuary of Athena, and the much photographed Tholos. In Thermopilae, admire the statue of Leonidus, king of Sparta, before continuing into the mountains. Spacious roads along the green valleys then twisties toward the ski resort Karpenisi.
3. →Meteora Mount Tymfristos 2,315 meters, valley of the Karpenisiotis River, along the cliff side to 6 of the 24 original Meteora monasteries.
4. →Monodendri Pindus Mountains, UNESCO World Heritage center village of Metsovo (cheese and wine), on to Epirus, Ioannina, Lake Pamvotida, Vikos gorge
5. →Lefkada Island south to the sea shore, then south to Lefkada and the village of Vasiliki
6. →Olympia back to the mainland then south across the Rio-Antirrio Bridge onto the Peloponnesus peninsula, Gulf of Corinth, archaeological museum
7. →Mani a rugged, untraveled area, hug the coastal road viewing the Mediterranean, stone hotel in Mani
8. →Monemvasia up the east side of Peloponnese to a medieval stone fort town (side loop to Kythera Island, birthplace of Aphrodite)
9. →Nafplio picturesque seaside town
10. →Athens varied terrain of the Peloponnese via Epidaurus theater, Sanctuary of Asclepius, Mycenae Lion Gate, Canal of Corinth connecting the Aegean Sea with the Gulf of Corinth That's 10 riding days. We have 9 days and we start and end at Igoumenista, what can we squeeze in?
