Our plan started out like this.
But we had stopped short of South Dakota and wanted to see the Black Hills in the morning while we were fresh. So we replanned the route to be like this, stopping in Sioux Falls SD, about 250 miles short of St Paul MN.
Mt. Rushmore is a scam. They charge a rediculous amount to get close. But the views are good enough from pretty far away, so we just took a few pics and moved on.
