Mon Apr 14, 2014 day 1, getting the bike ready, then McMinnville to Boise ID

         




Before leaving I put in a new battery and wired up GPS and the heated handgrips. I'm going to be crossing the Rockies in April, brrrrr.

I got out about 3:30pm, split lanes through Portland, and made it to Boise ID at about 11:00pm
